Sophomores Educational Trip

A bountiful and glamorous day of all Sophomores was set to be on August 27, 2010. Before it was officially talked to us all, we are very excited to notice all the following places we are going to. Everyone are very happy about this and are so excited to know who are our van mates. As the days passed by closer to our educational trip day, we keep on talking about it. Until the 27th day came, 2nd year students woke-up excitedly at exactly 3:oo o'clock in a very cold dawn. Before anything else, I looked at my phone first and shockingly it was full of messages. When I started to read, all was about our field trip! Then I started preparing myself, after it I ask my father to send me to school. When I came, everyone greeted me good morning! and I greeted them back. All were busy talking and after any minutes we are told to get inside the van. Then inside the van,there I met my van mates and they were Praiselou, Vengil, Ray, Gwenn, kent, Van Ian, Mellisa, Lourdes, James, and many more. At exactly 5:30 am, we leave the area and started to pray the holy rosary. I lead the rosary and after praying we stay quiet for a moment. In another moment, we started our talks, songs and dance even though we are just sitting, other van mates preferred to remain silent and had their text. Our first destination is at the Pope john Seminary, there we ate our breakfast and took our pictures because of it's huge area with
wonderful landscape, garden and designs. Next is at Carmelite Monastery, it is very peaceful
and the surroundings are clean and green. Our third destination is at BSU, there the school
is wide and the students are really friendly. Next is at San Isidro, when we visit there the school is also big and the students are busy with their programs. Another place is at Kaamulan Ground, it's really nice in there and the area is really amazing because it has wonderful mini-houses as well as costumes all about kaamulan, I really enjoy taking pictures there. Next is in the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the place is very respective and so we are to be silent as we went inside. Next is at the RR, the place is really fantastic, it is full of of big and large statues. Our 8th destination is at Waig wherein we ate our lunch and after a break we took swimming and we had sliding while the others had diving. Some weren't able to swim but they were able to view all the wonderful area in Waig and they were be able to experience riding on a cable unlike me. After it, we went to the Crystal Sugar INC, there we found out the things to be done in producing sugars, we saw big factories and tanks as well as many sacks of piled sugars is a big area. Our last destination is at the CMU, we weren't able to went out there instead we only toured there right inside the van then we leave the place. We all went home happily and this day will mark as the unforgettable and the most fantastic trip of all the SOPHOMORES BATCH 2010'2011.

My Autobiography

On a glamorous day of December 15, 1996, a little girl was born. Her name was Dianne Ira A. Balberan and I'm glad to say it was me. This is a very blessed day for my parents, it is a sign of God's grace. December 15 is the perfect day I was born. My parents had told me everything when I was still a baby.

I am now thirteen years old and I live in Block 176, Purok 3 Miranda, Damilag, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon

with my loving and parents named Bernardo D. Balberan and Flora A. Balberan.

Together with them is my elder sister named Kcinna Flora,and my younger brother Brian Bernie.

When I was still a little kid, I used to play my barbies and stuff toy. According to my parents, I would really cry if
the things i like will not be mine. And it's a normal way a child acts. When I turn 4 years old, I started my nursery
and became a good pupil. Until I aged up 12 years old, I am a grade 6 student of San Lorenzo Ruiz Learning Center.
When I was still a grade 6, proud to be Lorenzians, we always play our favorite game which is the slipper game. I would really enjoy spending times in playing with my classmates and schoolmates.

When the school year of grade 6 came to an end, the elementary years will be gone and now proceeding for a high school life. As I face the challenges to be a high school student, many things grew different, all were hard but full of fun. At least, pretending to be very happy but still glad to be with friends. Facing the challenges and all the trials in life is hard for me to succeed it all, of course, with the help of my parents I'll do my best. When I was already a Hollycrossian, many things changed, people all around me are new and the environment is really different. And most of all I found new friends in my life but my old friends are still with me. I realized that as a high school student or as a teenager, we doesn't only focus to our studies, we also must give time and importance to the people around us, our families and friends.

One of the achievements in my life is when I graduated last grade 6 to be an honor student, a valedictorian. At least, my parents are proud of me and I'm very happy to make part of it. Another is when I also got awards. Especially when I'm in first year, it's really hard for me to get along with other classmates and still I'm glad to be an honor student, a seventh honor. I know there are still many trials in life that i must pass and there will be challenges that will come up to success as long as I will be prepared and be always ready for the battles in life. One thing I'll always place in my mind ! My aims in life is to finish my studies and so I could help my parents when I got a job.
